The Global M&A Chemicals Sector Team comprises participants from various Global M&A countries, each possessing deep knowledge of the Chemicals industry. The Team’s mission is to deliver high-quality M&A services to the worldwide Chemicals industry, with a particular focus on mid-market transactions.
The global chemicals industry is estimated to be USD$558 billion and is one of the largest, most dynamic, and most critical in the world economy. The Chemicals Sector Team has many years of experience completing sell-side and buy-side transactions with direct experience in the following areas:
