Bertel O. Steen acquires AK Maskiner
Saga Corporate Finance acted as the sole corporate finance advisor to the owners of AK Maskiner in the sale to Bertel O. Steen.
AK Maskiner is the largest privately owned distributor of agricultural machinery and equipment in Norway with 370 employees and 52 retail stores across the country, and an annual turnover of 1.2 billion NOK in 2007.
